Poster Presentation

• All posters must be written exclusively in English..

• Poster boards are in portrait format, measuring 80 cm in width and 120 cm in height, which is a commonly used format.

• In-person poster sessions will be held twice daily:

  • On August 19, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 2:20 PM to 2:50 PM.
  • August 20-21, 2024, from 10:20 AM to 10:40 AM and from 3:00 PM to 3:20 PM.

• We provide poster printing services. Presenters must submit their poster files in .jpg or .pdf format with high resolution by 2 August 2024.

1. POSTER SET-UP (FOR SELF-PRINTING)

• Set up your poster between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM on the day of your presentation./p>

• All materials necessary for attaching the poster to the board are available at the facility desks in the designated poster area.

• Locate your assigned poster board; they are numbered sequentially throughout the hall.

2. SESSION ATTENDANCE

• Ensure your presence in the poster hall for at least 10 minutes during your assigned session.

• Leave a note on your poster indicating where you can be found if someone wishes to discuss your research.

3. POSTER COLLECTION

• To maximize attendee viewing, do not remove your poster before 5:00 PM.

• The poster hall will close at 5:00 PM each day.

• If you wish to retain your poster, please remove it by this time.

• Any remaining posters will be collected and recycled at the conclusion of the event.
