All oral presentations must be delivered in English.
Oral sessions will be hybrid: in-person presenters will deliver live presentations, while online presenters are strongly encouraged to present live to benefit from audience feedback and questions.
Each oral presentation slot is 20 minutes in total, inclusive of questions and transitions. Session chairs will strictly enforce this time limit.
Ensure your presentation does not exceed 15 minutes, allowing at least 5 minutes for introduction, Q&A, and transition.
Supported file formats include PowerPoint 16:9 and PDF.
If you haven't uploaded your presentation online or submitted it via email to thai.groundwater2024@gmail.com, visit the onsite Assistance Desk on 19 August 2024
before 9:00 AM.
You can also check in early to ensure that fonts, images, and videos display correctly.
If necessary, you can make edits to your presentation slides. Once reviewed, the audiovisual staff will prepare them for use in the oral session room.
NOTE: Avoid editing your slides less than four hours before your session. The A/V staff cannot guarantee that updated slides will be ready in time for your presentation.
Please arrive at your session 15 minutes before it begins.
Session chairs will introduce presenters and manage the Q&A session.
Technical support will be on hand to assist you.
